Welcome to Your Lawn Crew LLC (“Your Lawn Crew,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, yourlawncrew.com (the “Site”), and the lawn care and landscaping services we provide through our platform (the “Services”). By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
1. Services Provided
Your Lawn Crew LLC is a Florida limited liability company that provides national lawn care contracting services. We handle all customer communication, scheduling, billing, and customer support. Local, independent lawn service providers (“Providers”) perform the physical lawn mowing, landscaping, and related services.
Your Lawn Crew selects, hires, and coordinates these Providers and facilitates communication between you and them. All Providers are required to carry adequate insurance.
2. Customer Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use our Services. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when booking or maintaining your account.
3. Payment Terms
- Invoices: Customer invoices are issued before each scheduled service. Payment is due the day before the scheduled service date.
- Autopay: Customers may opt-in to recurring payments via ACH or credit card, processed securely through Zoho Payments.
- Nonpayment: If payment is not received by the due date, scheduled services may be delayed, suspended, or canceled.
4. Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Customer Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a service anytime up to, but not including, the date of the scheduled service without penalty.
- Same-Day Cancellations: Services canceled on the day of service may still be billed in full.
- Weather & Conditions: Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to unsafe or impractical conditions (e.g., weather).
5. Mobile Phone Number Usage
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Your Lawn Crew. These messages may include customer care messages and account notification messages. Message frequency may vary. On average, you may receive 2-4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

6. Responsibilities
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate property details and access for Providers.
- Maintain safe property conditions (e.g., remove hazards, secure pets).
- Not engage in harassment, abuse, or unreasonable demands toward Providers or staff.
Your Lawn Crew Responsibilities
- Select and hire insured Providers to complete services.
- Handle customer support, scheduling, billing, and communication.
- Mediate disputes between customers and Providers in good faith. If mediation fails, the dispute must be handled directly between the customer and the Provider, and/or through attorneys and courts.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available.” We make no guarantees of uninterrupted service or specific results.
- Your Lawn Crew is not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of Providers beyond our mediation role.
- Our total liability for any claim is capped at the cost of the service in question. We may, at our discretion, offer additional remedies, but we are not obligated to do so.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Your Lawn Crew LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:
- Your use of the Services,
- Your violation of these Terms, or
- Your interaction with Providers.
9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- Arbitration/Mediation: You agree that disputes will first be addressed through good-faith mediation or binding arbitration in Florida.
- Courts: If arbitration is not available or enforceable, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, nonpayment, or misuse of the platform.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Site, with the “Last Updated” date updated accordingly. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
